Stan Ponder is a Product and Program Management leader with nearly two decades of experience working at the intersection of traditional project management and Agile delivery. He has led teams through Agile transformations, supported project managers navigating non-ideal Agile environments, and focuses on practical, human-centered approaches to managing risk, change, and delivery. Stan regularly speaks and volunteers within the Agile community and is passionate about helping PMs apply Agile thinking without losing the discipline that makes projects or products successful.
