While many companies want to undergo the journey of becoming more &#8220;Agile&#8221;, they often aren&#8217;t prepared for the sheer number of changes that are required for them to be setup mentally and structurally. When the changes are needed, they could feel overwhelmed and slow (or stop) their overall journey. Some refer to this as the &#8220;Missing Link&#8221; to a successful Agile transformation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bobby Woods, Principal Consultant with Scrum Inc., will be discussing the critical topic of Agile Change Management related to becoming an Agile organization.
