Kimberly Andrikaitis<\/a> is a transformational coach, trainer, and organizational advisor with over 25 years of experience leading delivery across software development, financial services, aerospace, and manufacturing. She is the author of Look Up: Solve What Matters<\/em> (Business Expert Press, 2026) and is trained in Co-Active coaching. Kimberly specializes in helping project managers and delivery professionals uncover organizational dysfunction instead of blaming teams for systemic problems. She currently provides delivery consulting and training services, helping organizations identify and eliminate the waste that blocks project success.  <\/p>\n\n\n
