Stan Ponder

Stan has been involved in both leadership and active roles in the Agile world. After being an instructional designer post-education career, Stan has been a Product Owner, Consultant, Program Manager, Portfolio/Client Manager, and now has started a role as a Lead Technical Program Manager. Stan realized three things in his career: his passion is around helping people and organizations grow as much as the work itself; he has become a process improvement junkie; and he really enjoys writing about himself in the third person.
