Meet your speaker

Dorota Mleczko is an AI trainer and consultant and the founder of Paloma’s AI Academy. A former Agile coach and Scrum Master, she now helps teams and companies put AI to work in their everyday jobs through hands-on, learn-by-doing workshops (aligned with the EU AI Act’s Article 4 on AI literacy). She trains in English, German, and Polish, and is on a mission to show that the people who already lead change, like Agile coaches, are exactly the ones to lead the AI shift.
