You’re Probably Solving the Wrong Problem

Your project is stuck. Teams are working hard but not delivering. You think you know what’s wrong – maybe the testers need training, the team needs better tools, or processes need tightening. So you jump in to fix it.
But what if you’re solving the wrong problem?
Our speaker, Kimberly Andrikaitis, once spent weeks building a training program to fix what she thought was a skill gap. Before fully launching it, she used a simple Problem Identification Worksheet that revealed she’d completely misdiagnosed the problem. That pause saved months of wasted effort.
In this talk, Kimberly will share the six-question worksheet that helps you test your assumptions before you build solutions. You’ll learn how to distinguish between what you THINK is wrong and what’s ACTUALLY wrong, and how to design small experiments that reveal the real problem.
Six questions. Ten minutes. Zero wasted months.
